Saya Doucet
Licensed Art Therapist, LPC, ATR, LAT

I hold a master’s degree in Art Therapy from Lewis & Clark College and have seven years of experience supporting people through a wide range of life experiences and transitions. I approach therapy with the belief that you are the expert on your own life. Rather than telling you who you should be or what you should do, I want to help you discover what feels true for you.
Through creative exploration, conversation, mindfulness, and curiosity, we can make space to notice the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and inner experiences that shape your life. My approach is informed by Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and meditation, with an appreciation for Jungian perspectives on the unconscious, symbolism, and dreams.
I look forward to meeting and hearing from you. Let the healing begin.
To find out more about my background, here is my Psychology Today Profile. I also have a profile on Simple Practice as well. That way you can trust you are talking to the right person at the right time in your life.
